Department: Human Capital

Reports to: Executive Director - Human Capital

Scope and Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and organized bilingual Human Capital Admin Assistant to support the HR department in daily administrative and operational tasks related to human resources and office administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, organize, and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding administrative activities.
  • Manage office administrative tasks and coordinate housekeeping activities.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when needed.

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
