Reports to:Director - CCE
Scope and Purpose:
The Learning & Development Program Senior Officer supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of executive education, corporate training, and professional development programs. The role focuses on managing training operations, coordinating stakeholders, supporting training delivery, and ensuring the effective execution of learning initiatives aligned with client and institutional requirements.
The position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality program delivery, accurate documentation, and a positive learning experience for participants, trainers, and clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full operational cycle of learning and development programs, including nominations, scheduling, trainer coordination, venue preparation, and materials management.
- Support the delivery of corporate and academic training programs by co-facilitating sessions and assisting trainers during workshops and seminars.
- Assist in the preparation and customisation of training proposals, content outlines, presentations, and participant materials to meet client and organisational needs.
- Cooperate with internal teams (academic, PR, design, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth program execution and adherence to institutional standards.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, evaluations, trainer deliverables, and post-program documentation, to support reporting and audit requirements.
- Conduct post-training evaluation follow-ups, gather participant feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate communication with clients, participants, and trainers to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and professional service delivery.
- Support outreach and business development activities by tracking leads, opportunities, and program-related data as required.
- Promote a positive learning culture through professional communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree a related discipline is considered an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, executive education, or a related role.
- Experience within higher education or professional training environments is an advantage.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Foundational experience in training facilitation and learner engagement.
- Ability to support proposal preparation, content customization, and training documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality, compliance, and accurate record-keeping.
- Strong time management and teamwork skills in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
