Scope and Purpose:
We are looking for a Men's Volleyball Part-Time Coach to join our team and provide high-quality coaching to our male volleyball players. The role involves planning and conducting training sessions, developing player skills, and preparing the team for competitions.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of male volleyball players.
- Organize and conduct practice sessions to improve team coordination and performance.
- Analyze players' strengths and weaknesses to provide individualized coaching.
- Prepare the team for competitions by strategizing game plans and tactics.
- Provide guidance and encouragement to players to foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor degree in physical education.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a volleyball coach, preferably with a focus on men's teams.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their best.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend practices and competitions.
Skills:
- Extensive experience in coaching men's volleyball at various levels.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate players.
- Ability to plan and organize practices effectively to improve team performance.
- Experience in scouting and recruiting talented players.
- Knowledge of strength and conditioning programs for volleyball athletes.
- Certification in coaching volleyball.
- Ability to analyze game performance and provide constructive feedback to players and coaching staff.
