Scope and Purpose:
We are looking for a dedicated Women's Soccer Coach to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring female players to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement training programs that focus on skill development, teamwork, and strategy.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to players to help them improve their performance.
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and camaraderie.
- Coordinate with other coaches, team managers, and parents to ensure smooth operations of the team.
- Attend games, practices, and tournaments to support the team and provide coaching during matches.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor degree in physical education.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a soccer player or coach, with a specialization in women's soccer.
- Strong knowledge of soccer techniques, tactics, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their best.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills:
- Strong coaching abilities in soccer, specifically in women's soccer.
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations of women's soccer.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and teach a team.
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to perform at their best.
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, games, and practices efficiently.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor players both on and off the field.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours and accommodate varying schedules.
